Hatha yoga

Hatha yoga is a common category of yoga that emphasizes physical postures and breath control. The classes incorporate three key elements from Sunrise Yoga Studio: meditation, stretching, and muscle training.
The instructor guides the theme of each class, which may include opportunities to explore leg balances, backbends, and inversions etc.

Aerial yoga

The fabric used in aerial yoga helps us achieve yoga poses that are typically difficult to reach, effectively allowing the body to gain deep stretches and release tension.
Classes at Sunrise Yoga Studio are divided into two themes: Aerial Stretch and Aerial Yoga. Aerial Stretch focuses on using fabric for stretching and meditative relaxation, while Aerial Yoga involves warming and achieving various poses.

Stretching yoga

Stretching yoga enhances the body's flexibility and increases muscle agility, while also helping to improve posture, reduce stress, and strengthen overall physical and mental health. It is suitable for both beginners and experienced yoga enthusiasts.

Animal flow

Animal Flow is a movement practice that combines yoga, dance, and functional training, aimed at improving flexibility, strength, and coordination. This training method promotes overall movement capabilities by mimicking the natural movements of animals, such as crawling, rolling, and jumping.

Slim yoga

Slim yoga focuses on weight loss and body shaping, aiming to reduce fat, enhance muscle tone, and improve overall health. The instructors at Sunrise Yoga Studio incorporate dynamic movements and resistance band exercises, allowing practitioners to unwittingly elevate their heart rates and promote calorie burning.

頌缽陰瑜伽 Sound Bowl Yin Yoga

This is a slow-paced practice where each pose is typically held for three to five minutes. Combined with the sound therapy of singing bowls, it effectively achieves inner and outer relaxation and stress reduction. It is particularly suitable for urban dwellers who enjoy gentle stretching and stress relief.

Using the yoga wheel as a prop makes it easier to understand how to enter various poses. In addition to facilitating backbends, the yoga wheel can also be utilized to build strength and increase flexibility.
